St Joseph’s School converted what was previously a swamp into a native wetland which will attract local birds and wildlife.

The new garden area has given students access to an outdoor classroom where they can learn about the water cycle, food webs, soil and wildlife all in one place. It has also encouraged them to be caretakers of the environment.
