Bucklands Beach School
Bucklands Beach, AucklandWhat was a deteriorated coastal peninsula is now full of Pohutukawa trees and a junior play area.
The students designed the new garden themselves to reflect the school’s culture and heritage on the peninsula – the school logo is a Pohutukawa flower.
Bucklands Beach School was in the process of sustainable change and development and the Makeover gave them a fantastic kickstart to their future.
