Aparima College* is now part of the TREEmendous family!

Teachers, students, the Riverton community as well as Mazda Foundation Trustees and the team from Project Crimson all got stuck in to plant hundreds of native plants, trees, grasses and flax along the previously unused and sandy area along the school’s border as well as a heritage fruit orchard.

The school hopes that its new outdoor learning area will inspire current and future students to learn more about their local environment and become actively involved in preserving it.
